Job Description
We are seeking, with immediate start, an experienced contract architect to join our expanding team. The role will be working on a refurbishment of a high spec grade two listed house in central London and will be for 1- 2 months initially. The candidate will have proven experience running similar projects in central London, and extensive experience dealing with Planning, Listed Building Consent, Building Control, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, services consultants and all other professions required in taking a project forward. Previous management experience is also essential as you will have assistance with drawings etc. Excellent working knowledge of CAD is essential. The candidate will need excellent experience in detailing for extensions and infill extensions, DPM and substrate detailing for new foundations, dry lining, new roof construction detailing. The role will suit a passionate, pro-active and hardworking individual who enjoys a fast paced atmosphere and as part of a small company, is not afraid to take on a variety of projects and challenges.
