Job Description
Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme ensuring all maintenance is undertaken on time, quality and budget. Create Fire Certificates for New Build Manuals Record all PPM on company CAFM/AMS system. Raise reactive works from remedials identifed during PPM work. Ensure all new buildings that are brought into contract have the correct maintenance added to the CAFM system Ensure O & M manuals are appropriately studied to identify building maintenance requirements. Produce technical scopes to enable maintenance to be contracted out. Provide technical advice and routine management reports on all PPM issues Monitor financial and physical progress of PPM contractors. Essential requirements: Thorough understanding of PPM in a FM or asset management environment. MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Project. Desirable: understanding of CIBSE Guide M and HVCA SFG 20
