Job Purpose and Key Objectives:
Take responsibility for the management of all operational aspects of Cleaning, Security and Maintenance within a Shopping Centre environment. Ensure robust and consistent operational procedures are in place and adhered to. Take ownership of service delivery to agreed standards. Be fully accountable for P&L accounts and management of budgets.
Take a lead role in the development of additional sales within the centre community, tenants and businesses in the surrounding area.
Lead, motivate and inspire all direct and indirect reports to be highly focused on the achievement of all business objectives and excellence as standard.
