Job Description
We have an exciting position to work for a Holdings Company based in
London.
They are urgently seeking a facilities manager to ensure the smooth running of soft services facilities management to their offices based in
London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of receptionists, security, mailroom and helpdesk staff.
You will also be responsible for running contracts such as cleaning, stationary, etc. and take control of internal moves (therefore the ability to use autocad would be a benefit), refurbishments and any other projects.
The postholder will be the main point of contact for Health and Safety issues therefore we are looking for candidates with Nebosh certificate or similar.
We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who have experience of green initiatives within the workplace.
