Job Description
Our client is one of the worlds largest global property consultancys and they are currently looking for a Facilties Manager/Building Manager to join their team based in the North East. The role will be site based on a business park in a fully tenanted office space over 4 floors with the possibility that you may also be responsible for a further vacant building opposite. You will ideally have experience within soft and hard services with the focus being on the soft aspects. Previous experience with FM in a similar role is essential.
