Job Description
Design Manager required to work on two very large Prison schemes across the
UK. This role will be head office based in
Birminghambut site travel will be expected.
The Design Manager will be expected to run with the projects and potentially see them through to practical completion. You must have experience writing and inputting contractors proposals and tender submissions. The desired individual will have a can do attitude and will be assertive enough to manage a design team.
This is a genuine opportunity with a leading construction group. You must be able to demonstrate consistent Prison / Custodial experience over ?20m. Unfortunately, due to the nature and speediness of the requirement, candidates outside this sector will not be considered.
This is a contract role with interview slots for Friday 3rd July. The package is ?250/300 per day.
