Job Description
A Design Manager with Major Utilities experience is required for a temporary contract on an ongoing basis. The role will be based at
Stratford at the Olympics site and you will be responsible for a team of 8 design staff. Reporting directly to the Head of Design your responsibilities will include; the design of the new multi utility network, IP gas network and under track crossing. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in a design and consulting environment within the utilities sector. Cad experience is essential, ideally with Microstation and AutoCAD. You must be technically conversant with all relevant industry standards and practices. Strong planning skills are a pre-requisite for this role. Major contract experience preferably with NEC would be prefered.
