Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager/ Tender Planner for a either a permanent position or long term freelance contract. Our client is a medium sized privately owned contractor in North London undertaking projects up to 10 million. Due to an increase in work load and the size of project increasing, we need to support the existing team. We require someone to assist with the following: Producing method statements, programmes for tenders and assist with bid documents working in conjunction with Estimating Manager and Construction Director to develop the tender strategy and construction strategy for tenders Assuring accuracy, competitiveness and compliance of tender programmes Contributing to risk assessment, ensuring all risks are recorded and accounted for within the tender programme This is an opportunity to join a stable, growing company with a excellent order book..
