Job Description
My client operate a web based Project Portfolio Management tool that allows their clients to share information relating to construction projects. The guys are looking for a person to support this web based application. Typically the support call will involve a client having trouble uploading information into the Web Application.
This is an entry level role and my client is looking for someone who is IT savvy with a good understanding of construction terminology (The majority of their clients are construction firms, it is easy to lose face if you do not communicate on their terms). Even though this is an IT support role, the career progression for the right candidate will be into Project Management.
