Development control planning jobs available nationwide- typically required for processing a range of applications on short-term 3-6 month contracts. Issues likely to be dealt with include residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use developments, change of use and open space. In most cases the intermediate level planners are required but in many instances we have clients offering the opportunity to progress to more complex applications as experience and ability develops.
