Job Description
Our client, a specialist transport consultancy, currently have an urgent requirement for a Transport Planner to join their Manchester office.
This leading consultancy has enjoyed continued growth since opening and enjoys an excellent reputation with its staff, clients and within the industry as a whole.
The successful candidate will join a team who are involved in the production of Transport Assessments and Travel plan type projects as well as more familiar transport schemes.
Essential is a basic knowledge of software programmes such as;
ARCADY PICADY OSCADY LINSIG TRANSYT
This role is open to candidates who have previous experience in transport projects for private developments. A key part of this role is to liaise and communicate with both clients and authorities and as such, excellent communication skills and confidence in a customer facing role are vital.
