Being in this area allows us to manage Local and National accounts as well as being closer to the candidates living locally, which gives us the ability to interview and be more credible within our broad client base

We currently have an exciting role for candidates that are looking to carve a career in recruitment. The AndersElite St Albans office is seeking enthusiastic, driven individuals to join a busy and fast growing team in the role of Trainee.
This role will see you work under the guidance of a top performing Consultant by planning and carrying out campaigns for specific projects to attract new candidates, and allows you to be involved in the full recruitment process. This is a great way to develop an understanding of the industry and receive mentoring from successful Consultants that have a proven track record in delivering a world class service to both candidates and clients. The main duties will involve:
" Candidate name gathering. " Contacting targeted candidates via referrals " Utilizing the company's database to generate new candidates " Website searches " Arranging and attending candidate interviews " Collecting and collating Quality Assurance documents from candidates " Designing candidate and client mail shots " Meeting candidates and reviewing service levels.
You will also receive ongoing training in recruitment techniques, including the opportunity to study for a professional qualification and membership of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, which will provide a sound basis for a career in recruitment.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills; someone who can communicate effectively with a wide variety of people; someone who has drive, self-motivation and resilience.
