Job Description
Technical Officer: Mechanical / Electrical or B&CE
Responsible for supervising construction, maintenance teams and operatives in the performance of their duties to recognised standards of productivity, quality and compliance with essential health and safety provisions.
Oversee the effective and timely delivery of PPM and Reactive works. Perform quality checks on all completed jobs. Liaise with APs, Project Managers and Site Managers. Keep and maintain progress records. Technical support where required to the maintenance teams. Monitor subcontractor performance and service delivery and quality on site. Ensure compliance and adherence of company and client health and safety procedures.
Contract duration: 11 months with possible extensions.
