Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit for a Technical Officer (mechanical) to oversee all Mechanical equipment and plant with in a busy hospital environment. As Technical Officer you will oversee work carried out by contractors, undertake audits, fault finding and commissioning to all mechanical services. In addition you will plan, prioritise maintenance projects and provide technical advice to contractors and in house staff. Candidates will be from a Mechanical background with in building services and have at least three years experience in managing sub contracts, minor works projects and maintenance schedules. Candidates must be qualified to a minimum of City & guilds in Plumbing or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
