Job Description
This expanding developer, with a well established and successful construction arm, seeks a Technical Manager. Ideal candidates will be able to work to own initiative and be confident in liaising with all colleagues within the division. Key responsibilities include problem solving, the monitoring of records, the performance of consultants, statutory bodies, clients and their agents. This is an ideal role for either an existing technical manager or a technical coordinator who is looking for the next step in their career. An excellent package and progression is on offer.
