Job Description
As The Account Manger you will have multi contracts responsibility- circa £9m, 90/100 staff with 6 direct reports (Contract Managers).
You will be required to manage and be accountable for all aspects of the day to day operation of a business unit that contains a portfolio of contracts and the business unit team's obligations e.g. H&S, Technical and PPM compliance.
This is a senior position within the region, and part of its function will be to report within the Senior Executive Team and assist in the development of the region as a whole.
You will have P&L/financial responsibility and be responsible for the ongoing training and development of all business unit staff, and encourage service excellence through customer care and site best practice.
Focus will lie mainly on the hard and M&E services, but the soft services will also be part of the areas to be overseen.
The ideal candidate must have previous multi site experience, have worked for Blue-chip companies, have excellent management skills and experience of hard services and M&E.
