Clerk of Works jobs available nationwide- typically required preferably for ICOW qualified with a vast range of experience to deal with cyclical maintenance contracts such as roofing works, painting repair programmes and window replacement for major capital works or schemes.

Our Clerk of works vacancies may also encompass estate regeneration across sites in close proximity for any of the following new build/demolitions/refurbishments. Responsibilities would be to undertake Progress and Quality Inspections and Reports for new build, refurbishment and cyclical contracts. Knowledge of JCT 98 D&B form of contract desirable. Computer literacy essential to allow inspection reports/photos/handover forms and snagging sheets to be issued remotely on site.
