Job Description
A unique senior design role in China has become available - and it is very much suited to a Director level Architect with experience in large Mixed Use schemes (retail, office and resi components) as well as Urban Design. This role is for a very experienced individual with a major strength in Design and leading teams accordingly. Of course at this senior level, you would have run major projects all the way through to completion. For this senior level post ? on-site experience in China is not necessary ? however you must possess a credible work history, and fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin. You will be based in China and working for a company with an enviable reputation in the industry worldwide - particularly in the Far East, working on various and multiple impressive projects. Required: Proven project experience in Mixed Use and Urban Design Projects. Experience in large Interior projects Conceptually very strong Fluent Mandarin and/or Cantonese Language skills are critical in this role, where you will also be directing and motivating a team of international workers, therefore only Cantonese and/or Mandarin speakers need apply. I must emphasise this is a Senior level appointment.
