Job Description
Our client a local Housing Association in Bristol is looking for two supported housing officers. One to be based in their Bristol office and one in their Gloucester officer. The role based in Bristol has the potential to turn permanent.
The successful candidates will be participating in the selection of new residents, carrying out assessments of applicants and completing the signing up and induction process. Ideally you will have experience of working within a supported environment as you will be responsible for helping service users to develop their own support plans, move towards independent living and provide support for employment, education and physical health.
Other aspects of the role will include completing regular house meeting with all service users, collect rent from residents and liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies.
