Job Description
This opportunity will focus in three sectors of work; commercial, residential and specialist structures.
Previous projects include:
The Microsoft UK Headquarters in Reading, their fifth consecutive appointment at the same site.
The major refurbishment of the former Barclays Bank headquarters in the City of London, including re-cladding the exterior and lowering the existing ground floor to street level.
Unity Sentinel, Liverpool: A 27-storey residential tower and a 16-storey office tower, the first Grade A office building in Liverpool, forming a striking landmark on the Waterfront.
Shorne Wood Visitor Centre, Kent: Constructed from timber felled locally in the Kent and East Sussex area, which is a very unique structure, incorporating laminated sweet chestnut timber. Shorne Wood has a wind turbine and solar panels to generate energy, rainwater harvesting, a woodchip boiler for all heating and a range of other cutting-edge innovations.
These are just a small selection of our Client's work with so many projects lined up for 2009 and onwards.
We would like to hear from Structural Engineers who have a relevant degree, which incorporates Structural Engineering along with experience in Structural Design and Analysis.
