Job Description
AndersElite Rail division are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager for their client to work on major rail projects throughout London and the South East. The post requires high calibre candidates who are experienced, technically competent and able to represent the client professionally while working predominantly in client environments.
The commercial advice to be provided include estimating, procurement strategies, preparation of tender documentation, agreement of the tender award process, liaison with project controls and input into the risk and value management process in the pre-contract stage of the projects. Post contract agreements include management of implementation and administration of contract agreements including instructions and contractual correspondence, provision of financial reporting, assistance with budget control and forecasting, mitigation of risks and claim events and settlement of final accounts.

Skills / Experience
" Demonstrable ability to operate as Commercial Manager " Proven experience in infrastructure, preferably with experience working in a rail environment. " Capable of working on their own initiative, with minimal supervision
