Project Type: Social Housing - Refurbishment (Decent Homes)
*Job Description/ Responsibilities: My client requires a Site Manager to take control of a number of different sites based in Greater London. Their role will be to supervise all sub-contractors, deliveries, operatives, plant co-ordination to ensure all projects are completed within time & on-budget whilst maintaining a safe environment. The successful applicant will be required to manage all Health & Safety aspects of the site, report against project progress (including monitoring key dates), plan and manage the Quality Management Strategy and work closely with Customer Service Representatives (including RLO's). Individuals applying for this role will need to be aware that you will be working within the Decent Homes Project. You will be working towards tight schedules and need to have the capabilities to work in conjunction with a range of individuals. My client will give the successful applicant opportunity to progress within the organisation as they continue to develop as a company.
*Key Experience / Skills Required: CSCS card, Scaffold Awareness certificate, and First Aid certificate would all be advantageous.
