My client, London's leading property developer is currently recruiting for Site Managers on their developments in Central London. Projects follow the Thames river and span from Docklands to Wandsworth.
You MUST have recent prior experience of luxury high spec residential apartments/penthouse in high rise RC Frame developments, 10 storey's and above.
These projects are fast track and the average weekly unit completion rate is between 6-8 units. As a Site Manager you will be managing package/s from 1st fix thru to the final finishes.
Typical Job Duties: Managing Sub Contractors and Monitoring Progress Implementation of health and safety Achieving practical completions Actioning defects to minimise snags
Essential: CSCS Card 4 Day First Aid Good I.T. skills and good written correspondence skills 5+ years experience working on luxury apartments/penthouse's Hi-Rise RC Frame construction experience 10+ storey's
