Job Description
I currently have an opportunity for a Senior Traffic Engineer to join my clients team in the Thames Valley area. Working on a variety of traffic engineering schemes, including traffic management, parking and road safety, you will be working on high profile projects from feasibility through to detailed design. As this is a relatively new partnership, there is ample opportunity to get involved in challenging work and develop your skills. All candidates must have the following experience/qualifications: -Sufficient and appropriate level of relevant experience within traffic engineering and design in a consultancy environment, ideally gained within the UK -Degree in civil engineering -Experience of traffic management scheme, bus priority, road safety schemes, cycling schemes, parking and CPZ designs -Experienced in design and implementation of traffic engineering schemes -Proven experience of working on your own initiative with limited supervision -Good organisation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
