A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in Piccadilly is currently seeking a Senior Planner.
The role will be involved in commercial development and will involve working with both private and public sector clients, so an ideal applicant would have experience with both.
The projects themselves will be varied and interesting, and you will have the opportunity to both project manage multi disciplinary teams involved with them, and also become involved in the work itself. The areas you may also become involved in will include regeneration, EIA, appeals and development control so if you have a broad experience across these areas or you specialise in one of them, your application would be highly attractive.
The successful applicant will be involved in business development, so a commercial mindset would also be highly favourable. Your ability to talk to people would also be valued in everyday conversations with your colleagues, who will look to you for advice and leadership. RTPI is a must have for this position.
