Job Description
Our client is actively looking to expand its planning and development division. As such, the practice is seeking to recruit a senior planner with a proven track record and experience of working on his ? her own initiative. Excellent long term prospects are available for the right candidate.
As a senior member of the planning team you will be responsible for a wide range of development control functions including residential, leisure and commercial schemes of varying size and complexity. It is expected that you will have excellent client facing abilities and be able to bring and maintain new business to the practice.
The successful candidate will have a recognised RTPI qualification as well as extensive practical experience of the British town and country planning system. Private practice/client facing experience is essential and some local authority experience would be preferred, but is not required.
You must be a dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated individual with good client facing skills. As well as being a good team player with the ability to develop new business. You must also be a good negotiator with an awareness of time management.
