Job Description
Our client, an award winning company specialising in urban regeneration seeks a competent Senior Technical Co-ordinator to work within a multi-disciplinary team on projects at all stages from inception through to completion in North London. Candidates will be expected to be able to manage the development process, ensuring all technical issues are resolved to agreed timescales and to budget. The role requires that the candidate be able to manage project meetings. Also the candidate will be self-motivated and confident, able to effectively manage people, processes and time. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential development, including affordable housing coupled with experience in Design or Project management. Applicants must have a First Aid Certificate and CSCS card, with a construction qualification and a Health & Safety SMSTS certificate is preferred.
