Job Description
Our award winning traditional contractor is currently seeking a Senior Surveyor, to oversee three existing sites and one upcoming project scheduled to start in September 2008, with total value work secured is £15M. Being qualified to a minimum degree standard with relevant surveying experience in design & build, education, leisure and specifically high rise apartment blocks / student accommodation, you will hold a proven track record in dealing with major construction companies both on and off site. CIOB accreditation is also an advantage. The culture of our client is that of a 'one team' culture, and prides themselves on investing in their staff and retention. As the successful candidate you will be a confirmed team player, possibly having managed staff previously, and be company focused with strong commercial awareness.
