Job Description
Senior Site Manager job - social housing new build & refurbishment
Our client, a social housing contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager with experience within the social housing sector. Their projects range from £800,000 up to £4.5 million and these are all based in and around the M25 with both a mixture of new build and refurb.
Duties may include: Controlling of health, safety & environmental issues Conduct induction training for operatives Prepare construction & short term programmes Ensure method statements And risk assessment are in place and monitored In control of the whole construction phase and processes on site Pre- commencement meeting with sub - contractors & monitoring Support, lead and manage site staff & operatives Monitor and Chart information flow (Internal & External) Client and professional team liaison
This is an excellent position for any Senior Site Manager who is looking to progress further in their present role
