Job Description
Our Client a leading International construction consultancy requires a Senior Project Manager to join their Property team based in Russia. You will be responsible for leading Project Delivery teams across Moscow and Russia. Specific Sectors include Retail, Commercial, Logistics, Hotel and Leisure. This role would be an integral part of the office team and this position would support, lead and manage large delivery projects. This is a new and exciting opportunity in a new market. The jobholder will also guide and mentor Russian staff into the company way of working and convey their value added approach.
The Russian market is now one of the most exciting markets in Europe with many developments of a significant size demanding clear knowledge and leadership. The market is dynamic and experiencing considerable growth, which translates into a challenging but professionally rewarding place to be.
Responsibilities: Leading a Project team in the delivery of client project requirements from inception to completion Setting up and delivery of good practice Project Management systems and controls Providing client contact and development of the brief Cost plan and project programme management Post contract administration Tender Evaluation
Skills / Experience Required: Professional and diligent manner Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Positive, pro active 'can do' attitude Independent and strategic thinker Evidence of working in a multi cultural environment
