Senior Project Manager - Edinburgh
Our client, one of the biggest and most successful construction consultancies in the world, has an opening in their Edinburgh team for a Senior Project Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Client focused Senior Project Manager to join our teams working in the Health and Property Sectors.
This post holder will be responsible for the efficient delivery and development of project plans. This will include the management of the construction programme including cost, quality, client outputs and design team delivery.
Responsibilities: Leading a project team in the delivery of client project requirements from inception to completion. Providing client contact and development of the brief. Setting up and delivery of good practice PM systems and controls Cost plan and project programme management Budget estimating Post contract administration Tender evaluation
The successful candidate will have the option to work from either the Glasgow office or the Edinburgh office depending on their location and as this role will predominantly involve health projects, it is essential that the successful candidate has relevant experience with the NHS.
