Our client is looking to recruit a Research Events & Project Coordinator to work alongside the Research Relationships Manager. The job will be located in London, although the role will embrace working with the other offices worldwide.
Role: - Producing and coordinating Business Stakeholder and Research Network meetings and associated Knowledge Transfer events - Preparing invitee lists and invitations - Organising promotional material and event documentation - Identifying and booking event venues - Coordinating brochures and marketing literature. This includes editing articles and developing relevant content for newsletters, flyers, etc. - Undertaking project management for Research Business and Function activities - Creating and maintaining a database of clients
Requirements: - Practical experience of event production - Understanding of Project Management principles - Experience of dealing with senior management - Good communicator - Self starter - Ability to liaise across functions and at a senior level - Team-worker with good personal presence and style - Willingness to learn and develop both the role and personally - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally, Project tools - Strong interest in and commitment to quality Research as a process and a product
