Our client is currently negotiating a large commercial project based in Perth and is looking for someone to take the over the day to day management of the scheme , working on the feasibility of the project at this early stage. This is a project of regional significance and as such would really strengthen the applicants CV and credential and possible lead to a more senior role within the company when completed. The successful applicant will take full financial and operational responsibility of a major section of this project. Candidates will ideally have a proven track record working on a major commercial project with a focus towards re-enforced concrete frames. A construction related degree or trade qualification would be an advantage but not essential. In return, our client offers an excellent remuneration package, with the opportunity to work on one of WA's most prestigious projects of 2008.
