Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to head up the construction of a prestigious £40m higher education scheme in the Yorkshire area. With experience of delivering projects over £35m, the ideal candidate should be well-versed in the pre-construction, as well as the production side, of multi-million pound projects. Experience on similar college/university schemes would also be preferable, however not essential as senior level managers with good commercial experience will also be considered.
