Job Description
Due to recent growth and future expansion plans, this client has an immediate requirement for a professional Senior Project Manager to join their busy Construction team.
As a Senior Manager, you will be commercially aware, displaying your knowledge of the industry whilst maintaining and motivating your team. Your career history will show steady progression and you will have continuity of employment. You will tackle all aspects of your role with a proactive, 'can-do' approach. The role involves account handling and project managing for a range of Blue Chip Clients, on projects ranging from £10m-£25m. The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified (MCIOB or equivalent), and have a background in commercial new-build projects. You will be comfortable in handling a number of projects at any given time and in addition will be fully conversant with all current CDM / Health & Safety regulations. The position offers a superb opportunity to join this growing team with an established client base. Offering a good starting basic salary, along with a fully expensed company vehicle, pension provision and additional bonuses, based on both personal and company performance, the company also offers a good working environment and opportunities for future career development.
