Job Description
Project Manager job - Havering
Our client, a leading national contractor are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to lead Educational, Commercial and MOD projects with values up to £30 million in and around North London and the Northern Home Counties.
You will be required to manage the client, architect and the consultant engineers on site as well as the project programme, organising the sub-contractors and any associated staff with the projects.
This well respected contractor is looking for candidates who are MCIOB accredited or have a trade's background particularly in the Civils area would be preferred. Knowledge and experience of programming, the tender process and tender interviews would also be beneficial, however, not essential.
This role would suit either a very Senior Project Manager looking for long term progression. In you return for your commitment and dedication to the role, our client offers a competitive salary and package, with varied projects and excellent training and support if and when required.
