Opportunity: Expansion of global business to serve the growing numbers of local and international clients. Permanent job opportunities exist now for suitably qualified and experienced Senior Project Managers on a range of interesting and exciting projects valued up to £30 million.
Projects: A major infrastructure project within greater Dublin and several Utilities Diversion packages in congested road locations. These include Surface and Foul drainage, Water mains, Gas network and distribution pipes, communications services. Extremely restricted sites with the requirement for no disruption to local businesses or residents. Will require a high degree of pre-planning and interface with Utility Providers and Local Authorities.
Skills Knowledge and Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be member of RICS, CIOB or APM or similar with a background in project management. Stable work history of working on similar projects (Utilities). Managerial experience preferably, including managing of external design and other consultants. Experience is essential in pre-planning and stake holder management.
