Job Description
Our Client is an international consultancy with over 3,000 employees working across 40 countries. They have been operating in Central Europe for over 15 years and have established an award winning network of offices that provide Project and Cost Management services as well as specialist real estate development, infrastructure, PPP and industrial consultants.
They have a number of opportunities for talented individuals to develop their career in a dynamic, international and highly professional organisation, working on complex projects.
They are now looking for senior professionals to lead pan-European service delivery teams in Russia so that they continue to meet their clients' increasing investment needs. These roles call for proven technical knowledge of property construction and architectural quality and flexibility, or engineering risks.
Skills / Experience Required Focus on:
Service excellence and client satisfaction on difficult, challenging and complex projects Leadership of project-based teams Development of people/knowledge transfer in role Margin improvement (can affect price and cost to deliver)
Relevant construction industry experience Relevant construction related university qualification with relevant technical experience Knowledge of an Eastern European language would be extremely desirable Fluency in English is essential
