Job Description
Our client has a large and experienced team of Process Engineers in there East Anglia office which workload has dictated requires another senior individual. Our client's dedicated Process team focuses providing process support on all water projects undertaken, not only in the company's wider UK projects but also on the large scale and high profile international projects.
This role is specifically focused in wastewater treatment, in particular the design of advanced sludge treatment and/or disposal and odour containment and abatement. As a Senior Process Engineer you will be in charge of providing technical input into the projects under taken within the wastewater process team. This is also an opportunity of get involved in business development and management, which would entail delegation of work also as a mentor and supervisor to the graduate process engineers and assist the other senior members in the process engineers.
To be eligible for this position it is essential that you have Minimum of B Chem Eng, BSc or similar, preferable: a post graduate qualification such as MSc or PhD- or equivalent, Also full memberships to an appropriate professional body. A senior engineer with vast experience in the wastewater industry and significant experience in advanced sludge treatment, incineration and odour management is required, with a brilliant team attitude. Willingness to undertake work away from the office either in the UK or overseas for short term periods is also important.
