Job Description
You will be responsible for one main building and 4 other small buildings within close proximity and provide Hard & Soft services to the client and hold full P&L responsibility.
As the Senior Operations Manager you will be required to successfully and profitably manage the existing portfolios, delivering contractual standards of maintenance. Actively pursue P6 opportunities that occur from their portfolio working closely with the client. Management of work order closures, control and manage the call out team. Effective and efficient communication with the Client. To assist with the development of the company. Key accountabilities in this role include but not be limited to;
"To be responsible for the profitable operation of portfolio against Budgets. "Take a pro-active role in visiting clients and carrying out customer care to ensure they are satisfied with service delivery "Take a lead role in the Manpower Planning for all related works. "Manage and control the call out engineering team ensuring the contract KPIs are met. "Training and development of staff. "Play an integral role in the development of Regional Strategy and liaise closely with other regional staff. "Assume responsibility for compliance to Employment Law, H&S legislation & guidance and all relevant statutory requirements. "Monitor and control supplier costs and subcontractors. "Hold weekly team meeting with key personnel to update all and focus team objectives. "Liaise with Technical Managers to take responsibility for all handovers of new buildings and assets. "Provide reports and collate evidence for submissions in respect of public liability claims.
The ideal candidate must have previous P&L responsibility, a hard service bias, an effective leader, a motivator and have the ability to develop strategy for better working practices and implement change in service delivery.
