Job Description
Responsible for managing a small regional Housing Services team and an individual patch of approximately 450 properties, you will have extensive and have proven housing management experience and have or be working towards a professional housing qualifications. Staff management skills and the ability to drive performance within the team are essential as well as the knowledge to support staff in generic housing management duties. A driving licence and access to a car every working day is required. A relocation package is available for this post. The post is subject to a Standard Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.
