Job Description
This award winning consultancy is seeking a recently Senior Geotechnical Engineer. This position will offer you the chance to work with a wide range of public and private sector clients.
The successful applicant would be expected to bring a breadth of civil engineering based experience such that they would be competently able to work independently as far as possible, with the confidence of there being a large geotechnical community behind them to support them as necessary.
If successful, the candidate would be expected to: - Undertake desk studies and ground investigations - Complete a wide range of geotechnical designs including shallow & deep foundations, earthworks, slopes, reinforced earth and walls - Undertake project management duties - Cost control - Report production and project management will be required, as will liaison with external clients. - The successful candidate will be presented with varied and exciting career opportunities within a dynamic team.
