Job Description
Our client, based in Birmingham, has a brand new vacancy for a Senior Facilities Manager to work in a small team and provide support for projects in schools, hospitals and some leisure developments. This role requires an individual who has working knowledge of hard & soft FM, preferably with BSF or health PFI experience.
Ideally you will also be a specialist around one of the soft services such as catering or caretaking. Alternatively you may have knowledge on hard FM involving contracting life cycle and service development. This is a very client facing role and therefore previous experience of dealing with clients woudl be beneficial. As part of a team of 4 you will be capable of working on your own and taking initiative when needed. You will be reporting to the Head of Facilities Management.
