Job Description
Senior Facilities Manager, Our client is an undisputed leader and internationally respected service providers who are currently entering a very impressive growth phase. Through this growth phase our client is looking to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager to manage the portfolio of properties throughout the UK. The main purpose of the role is for the Senior Facilities Manager to be in control of the management of sub contractors. You must also define and communicate contract objectives and constraints, complying with health, safety and environmental legislation, thereby delivering a quality service to meet the contract objectives and key performance indicators. Another key objective will be to maximise profit for our client and exceed client expectations regarding service delivery of all services across the portfolio of properties.
