Job Description
A position for a Senior Facilities Manager / Project Manager has arisen to carry out large scale projects on the construction side. You will be a target driven individual who thrives on challenges. Previous experience of working in a construction consultancy and dealing with planning permission would be an advantage. Additionally you must have experience of dealing with both hard and soft FM experience dealing with on-site matters. This is a very small company looking for a self-motivated individual who is able to contribute to facility based projects with initiative. In turn, you will be given a competitive salary and a chance to be one of the founding members of this expanding new company. This is a great opportunity to be exposed to a variety of works and gain professional satisfaction as you will be facing challenges on a daily basis. Salary range for this particular role will be £40k-50k dependant on the individual.
