Job Description
A Senior Estimator is urgently required by an established management owned contractor in Essex. This new position will involve working with the Operations Director on tenders up to c.£8million with typical values ranging from £1millino to £5million. Projects will be a mixture of c.70% new build construction and c.30% fit-out/refurbishments. The company are very open minded as to the background of the individual they recruit, as long as there is a clear history of estimating for a main contractor. This is a new position, and as such it affords a great opportunity to make the job your own. .
