Job Description
The Vacancy:
My client is now looking for an experienced and commercially aware Senior Estimator to join there team based in Dartford. You will be covering projects in the Essex, South London, Kent and East Sussex areas. As senior estimator you will be required to be MCIOB/MRICS, preferably and have a minimum of an HNC/HND in construction. My client requires you to have between 10 and 15 years experience which include negotiations and two stage tenders. Your main responsibilities will be to : " Produce an accurate prime cost for the project " Co-ordinate the tender process " Develop relationships with design consultants, clients, project managers etc " Identify areas of risk and opportunity " Develop relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers " Develop knowledge of market place and competitors
