Job Description
My client is in search of a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead an expanding team of engineers and to produce designs to a specific deadline & within budget.
Duties: Outline design & specification Undertaking the design of lighting, cable sizing, mains lV distribution and infrastructure, security systems Carrying out feasibility studies Dealing with contractor queries preparation of specifications Producing detailed design layouts Developing and maintaining good working relationships with both colleagues & clients Design, supervision and technical reviewing of allocated projects Budget costing Keeping up to date with emerging technology
Must have a proven track of working within Building Services industry Must be from a consultancy background Must be competent in every detail of the design process
Would be preferred if considered candidate had project experience from conception to completion.
