This £500 million turnover group is now recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager within their Scotland consultancy division.
This multi-disciplinary global consultancy and construction business has enjoyed significant growth in the last few years and now operates in 28 countries across the world. The company continues to achieve significant market share in a variety of sectors including residential, regeneration, retail, utilities, rail, education, healthcare amongst others. The group provides a portfolio of property and construction related services and expertise to the afore-mentioned market sectors whilst ensuring best practice at all times.
SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER Glasgow
You will be involved on one of the most exciting and challenging rail projects underway in Scotland. This position will begin with early commercial work before you will be given the chance to build a team in preparation for a long term secondment.
The project is estimated to cost around £250 million and will last until 2013.
Applicants must have Heavy rail experience and the ability to work and travel in Scotland. As this position is within a consultancy it is expected that the successful applicant will have highly developed cost management skills and the ability to build, motivate and lead a team.
Salary and benefits package is negotiable but as you would expect from such a position the rewards will be significant.
