Job Description
Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking to develop their career in a leading international consultancy?
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a developing team within my clients' Property and Surveying division in the country's leading multi disciplinary organisation, to support its' continued growth and success.
The successful candidate will form part of the management team within the Chelmsford office working alongside other team leaders and the office manager delivering all core Building Surveying services on a variety of buildings and will proactively manage client relationships within both our blue chip and public sector clients.
The role offers training and experience for individuals to fully develop their potential and would be ideal for motivated individual to enhance their management capabilities and to play an active role in the organisations business development.
The main duties will be focused around: " Team management, client management and business development " Dealing with building repairs to all property types " Alterations, extensions and refurbishments " Defect diagnosis and analysis " Condition and detailed building surveys " Planned maintenance and minor repairs
